What’s the best way to get over someone you love?

If you're the type of all second cases, then, acceptance is still a must but,

Or because they’re happy without you.

You're an obsessed/insecure/desperate simp/immature, depending on actions you did.

I’m wondering about attachment and transference with the therapist and the idea of escape and fantasy? How much do you think your strong feelings, constant thoughts, desires to be with your therapist are a way to escape from your present life? I wonder if the transference serves another purpose than to show us our wounds and/or past experiences, but is a present coping strategy for managing what we don’t want to face (even if unconsciously) in the present—-current relationships, life circumstances, etc. Can anyone relate to this concept of escape in relation to their therapy relationship? How does this play out for you?

Now, while it may not be just a ‘she’ it might also be a ‘he’. What’s more important to know, is that, you can’t exactly delete someone from your head. Infact forcing.

You need to start treating people like people, not achievements.

How do you stop your balls from sweating?

If you do remember them occasionally and feel like crying, don't resist, cry, it'll gradually reduce on its own.

Or because she doesn’t love you back?

Focus on other things, and people, stay busy, stay lively, work, make goals, have hobbies, have friends and relax.

How do professional musicians handle their equipment during gigs? Do they bring their own or use the venue's sound system?

Because it hurts that they are not with you?

Because you are in sorrow without them?

You want to forget him/her completely. But ever thought why? And what do you mean by getting over?

I’ve often wondered why fans aren’t deployed on GBBO during warm weather? I’ve seen too many desserts melt (and bakers too…). (I live in Pompano Beach and we try to use fans in lieu of AC as much as possible).

But do make sure you aren't only lost in their thoughts, cry but only when it’s been too much.

I love getting tired of loving that someone though…

Because they aren’t what they showed themselves to be?

Where did Noah build the Ark? Was it in a desert or near water?

Or because it hurts because they are with someone else?

Stop fawning at others and work more on yourself, understand that getting that one person isn't the only thing.

Or you just over-cared expecting the same in return but are now disappointed?

Why do some people believe that Homelander would be no match for Superman or Thor?

Because only you LOVED?

Or because you had created a random perfect image of them and they just broke your delusion?

Or are you just jealous and he/she hurt your ego by rejecting you?

What are the coolest new smart home gadgets to upgrade your living space?

True love, if one sided, does hurt and we want to forget or get over people, just keep going on with life, keep living and you'll get over it.

Although if you're just a stubborn egoistic obsessed insecure immature teenager, grow up. Understand that you just feel that you can shift the orbit of the universe if you get your dream girl, BUT YOU CAN'T.

Because you were just unlucky in love?

Why do I sweat so much at the gym?

It's as harmful and futile to try to force forget, as much as it is to try to force get someone.

If you relate to all the first cases you need to, above all, accept, that they are not gonna either stay with you, and nor are they ginna get away from your past.

Because the one you cared for doesn’t care for you?
